Your product doesn't work. PERIOD.

It's a waste of my time, its a waste of my computers, and it's a waste of my money.

How do I get a refund and get my money back?

Scott, you will need to contact Acronis direct - follow the information in  How to get support? and pick the option to open a PreSales case.  If you bought the product within the last 30 days then there should be no issue with getting a refund. 

If you want to get help in getting ATI working then the folks here are always willing to try to help you to do so.  We are just users like yourself, not employed or paid by Acronis to be volunteers.

Many of us seem to think the product actually works pretty well when used for its intended purposes.  (It does not work well as a word processor or floor polisher.)
