Need help making full-system image after reinstalling ATI 2019

Thread needs solution

I use ATI 2019 and backup to a drobo external HD system, not the cloud. I recently had to reinstall ATI, when I discovered that it had stopped backing up 3 months ago! When I originally bought it, an Acronis tech person set it up for me remotely according to my preferences (image of whole system, including OS and all software, in case my internal HD failed; scheduling incremental and full backups of data). Now ATI support is no longer available. I was able to set up scheduling for data backups, but can't figure out how to create an image of my system that I could install on a new internal HD, if my current one fails. If someone could give me step-by-step instructions, I'd be most grateful Thank you!
