True Image 2019 has problems with universal restore
I tried to use universal restore from an older self built computer with an Intel processor to a newly built computer with a Ryzen 5 processor. The restore process never got started as it stopped when checking for drivers at 56% asking for:
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_43C8&SUBSYS_10621B21&rev_01.
I checked everywhere I can think about and found no such item. Search Google - Search the new computer after installing windows 10 and the old computer with windows 10.
The new computer:
MSI Motherboard - B450B PRO-VDH
Proccessor Ryzen 5 2400G
Memory 16GB Gskill
Boot drive: WD Black NVME M.2 2280 500GB PCI Express 3.0x4
I am wondering if it is asking for drivers for the WD black drive. AS far as I know I have no access to these since they are supposedly in the firmware on the drive.

Hello Jon,
Have you tried recovering your system without Acornis Universal Restore? If you are migrating Windows 10 to new hardware, then there are good chances that you won't need any additional drivers at all

John, as Ekaterina mentioned, what OS are you migrating? If Windows 10, I'd try without UR as well. If you are using Windows 7 and migrating from Intel to AMD (or even AMD to newer AMD), UR is likely to be required, but I have a feeling that your recovery media may require to slipstream in some drivers for the chipset or USB controller. Windows 10 should simplify things considerably though.
Also, was the old OS a legacy (MBR) install or UEFI, and is the new system bios configured for UEFI or legacy? It will be easier if you know what you had and what you're booting the recovery media to know to determine if it is trying to use the same method or convert from one to the other.
I know that all sounds confusing, but the point is, we need some more info to be able to help you out better.
