Make sure that you have the latest build of ATI 2020 installed as it includes security enhancements to the login process. You can download it form here:  Acronis True Image 2020 for PC (Build #38600).

Also see https://kb.acronis.com/ati2017/moveactivation

Working now with new download

Have issue with listed devices:
I have ATI2020 5 license.

PC#1
PC#2
PC#3
all shown as active

PC#4 does weekly backups but isn't listed under devices, how do I correct this?

there's 3 dead PC's listed under devices which were  retired/replaced.

I have never needed to edit the list. So long as PC#4 works I would not worry about it no being listed. Information generated by Acronis is not always reliable.

Yes, just delete them.

From above PC #4 was running build 22510 and I even though  had "check updates" checked So once I installed current version PC showed up in devices screen

Thanks for the update. Something to remember in the future!

 Hello!

Thanks for sharing what helped to workaround the issue.

Best regards.
