Can't stop "Backup failed" emails where subscription expired.

I terminated Acronis True Image several months ago, but am continuing to receive regular emails stating "Backup failed. Your subscription has expired". How can I stop these?

Julia, can you log into your Acronis account on the web? If so, go to the Profile section. You could delete the account from there... or perhaps there may be some setting which could stop the messages in case you want to still keep the account active.
