Created account for Acronis True Image 2020. Problem with products on the web site

I loaded up Acronis 2020 and created an online account.  I wanted to download the boot ISO version and in my account it does not show any products including Acronis True Image 2020. What gives?

Is it possible you registered your Acronis products to a different email address than the one you used for your account?

I see no issues with your account, license key is registered and correctly displayed. Have you tried different browsers? 

Thank you both. You both need to have a "Solution" applied. But my system locked up and now I cannot do it. Sorry guys.

I indeed created an account when I purchased ATI. I mistyped my email address. As a result I could not login to that account. So, I created another account. 

I had problems activating ATI, and decided to used the offline activation. It worked, But. when I logged on the website it showed no products.

Using Acronis chat support I connected to LUCY and she fixed it all, She move the activation to the good account and deleted the old account. That fixed all my issues!
