Gilles, the log data only shows the backup being started which would suggest it had not finished when you captured that data?

What does it show in the ATI GUI for this backup task?  Does this show that the backup has finished successfully or not?

thank you steve
yes, the backup actually ends correctly and is valid.
on the other hand in the log files the content is complete.
incomplete message arrives by email thunderbid

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operation. Check if this shows the correct full log information?

yes steve, with mvp log viewver (which I have been using for a long time, great tool)
the content is complete.
why in email the message is not complete, it looks like it is missing a charoit RC return

it just happens on this backup. and the smtp parameters are the same everywhere.

thank's

Gilles, it sounds very much like that one backup task has some form of corruption to cause this problem only for the one task?

The options here would be to either delete the task settings, then use the option to 'Add existing backup' selecting the most recent backup file, followed by reconfiguring the task settings -
or use the 'Clone settings' option for the task and test if the cloned task will work correctly for the notifications.  Note: the cloned task will be named (1) followed by the original name.

thank you steve,
I will use the first option:
add existing backup "
good week
steve,
after using the "create existing backup" option and recreating the parameters, the result is the same
my email is truncated

I try the second option

steve thank you

after deleting the backup box that was problematic.
I create an existing backup and reconfigure the backup
and everything is ok
backup notification is now as before

thanks again steve

Gilles, glad to read that all is back to working correctly!  Thank you for the feedback.
