Thread needs solution

Since about two weeks I get an error every day, which I do not understand.

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forum!

Please check the following: 

  1. Verify that there is sufficient disk space available on both the source and destination drives for the backup operation.

  2. Make sure that you have administrative privileges when running Acronis True Image, as it requires certain permissions to perform backup operations.

  3. Check if any antivirus or security software is interfering with the backup process. Temporarily disabling such software or adding exceptions for Acronis True Image may help https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429

  4. Validate the backup file and check if it's corrupt.

  5. Run a CHKDSK and check for disk errors: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows…

  6. As a last alternative re-install the program or start a new backup from the scratch and check if it works.

I would like to tell you that Acronis True Image 2020 unfortunately isn't supported anymore so the aren't any updates.
