Ashish, what exact version / build of ATI do you have and is installed on your PC? This should be shown on the Account page in the ATI GUI.
If your version is ATI 2018 or later, or the equivalent if using an OEM edition, then you can create the WinPE rescue media using the integrated Acronis Rescue Media Builder tool with the default 'Simple' mode.
See my earlier links to KB documents for doing this and using it in UEFI mode required for NVMe M.2 boot drives.

HI steve,I am using OEM version 2018, where two options appears while recue media builder 1 . Acronics bootable rescue media 2 . Win PE based media with Acronics plug in ( this is locked version ).I am using First option acronics bootable rescue media via USB . Window 10 booting from USB but while cloning New SSD Kingston A 2000 not appearing for cloning .Steve Smith wrote:Ashish, welcome to these public User Forums.
The issue you are seeing is caused by performing any clone operation from within Windows where a restart is needed to continue. The restart launches a temporary Linux based OS which doesn't recognise your new SSD drive.
The answer to this issue is to boot using the Acronis True Image rescue media (WinPE based) which should see the new drive without issue.
See KB 63226: Acronis True Image 2020: how to create bootable media and KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media
Please see KB 56634: Acronis True Image: how to clone a disk - and review the step by step guide given there.
Note: the first section of the above KB document directs laptop users to KB 2931: How to clone a laptop hard drive - and has the following paragraph:
It is recommended to put the new drive in the laptop first, and connect the old drive via USB. Otherwise you will may not be able to boot from the new cloned drive, as Acronis True Image will apply a bootability fix to the new disk and adjust the boot settings of the target drive to boot from USB. If the new disk is inside the laptop, the boot settings will be automatically adjusted to boot from internal disk. As such, hard disk bays cannot be used for target disks. For example, if you have a target hard disk (i.e. the new disk to which you clone, and from which you intend to boot the machine) in a bay, and not physically inside the laptop, the target hard disk will be unbootable after the cloning.

Ashish, couple of further questions for you?
Was your ATI OEM version supplied by Kingston with your new SSD? OEM versions of ATI are restricted to working only when a disk of the same make is present and installed in the PC.
How is your Kingston SSD connected to your PC? This needs to be installed in the PC rather than using any adapter that connects it externally as that normally makes the drive appear to be of a different make.

Ashish, thanks for confirming you are using the Kingston ATI OEM version with their brand SSD which just leaves few remaining options to consider here.
First, are you booting the ATI Rescue Media in UEFI boot mode, if not, then please try doing so because this is normally required to support NVMe M.2 SSD drives being used as a Boot drive.
Second, when in the ATI offline rescue application, click on Tools then on 'Add new disk' and check if you see the new SSD shown there as being not initialised? If the drive is shown, then initialise it for GPT but leave it as unallocated space without any partitions being created (new partitions would be wiped out by the actions of cloning anyway!).
If neither of the above work, then please try creating the WinPE version of the rescue media and boot the PC from that media.
