Incremental Backups working but no recovery: True Image 2020
I went to recover a file from my backup & giving me a message in the Recovery tab - "No data to recover yet".
In the Activity tab - shows successful backups all the way back to Jan 7 2023.
Looking in the subdirectory on my NAS where backups are saved & it only shows 1 file - at TIBX file with yesterday's date.
Never had anything like this before - images attached.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Unlike my other backups, there is no option to validate. I have it set to validate monthly.
Any thoughts?

Uploading of images is broken.
Another thing to try is to remove the backup task and then add back in. Removal of backup task for some reason is under delete backup. To add back a backup task, open the ATI user inteface, and at the bottom left there is
+ Add backup
to the right of that text there is a small symbol that looks like an inverted v, click on the v and you then add back the backup task.

Interesting - added the same file/backup & now it shows that it is available.
Backup is setup differently from previous versions. Gives me option to restore the entire drive (it is a backup of my data drive which is separate from my C drive/operating system) or I can do specific files by date.
Thanks!
