Level of Log File Detail in ATI 2020

Thread needs solution

I have been using ATI since 2015 for my home PC.
The level of detail in the log files has been one of the things I have come to expect and need.
When I upgraded to ATI 2020 I found that the level of detail in the log files has been cut drastically, basically just a "bare bones" summary. You can see the difference below...

2019-11-25T08:51:51:381-05:00 10860 I00000000: -----

2019-11-25T08:51:51:451-05:00 10860 I00640002: Operation My disks started manually.
2019-11-25T08:51:51:872-05:00 10860 I00640000: Backup reserve copy attributes: format tib; need_reserve_backup_copy false;
2019-11-25T08:51:51:873-05:00 10860 I013C0000: Operation: Backup
2019-11-25T08:51:51:874-05:00 10860 I0064000B: Priority changed to Low.
2019-11-25T11:46:01:528-05:00 10860 I013C0006: Operation has succeeded.

This differs from the level of detail I was used to, most recently from ATI 2019, please see below...

I opened a ticket after noticing this and I have yet to see a resolution. It's almost as if I am getting less for my money. Not only that but if a problem crops up I have no detail from which to trouble shoot the problem.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this? Can we expect a resolution?
BTW changing the Trueimage.config file setting fron "info" to "debug" doesn't fix this.

Thanks

Doug
