NVMe SSD not Detected on Acronis True Image 2020

Thread needs solution

Dear I am facing a issue when using NVMe SSD is not showing\detected while i am booting Acronis True Image 2020 from BIOS. Windows it self is getting boot normally.

Assuming that you are booting your computer using Acronis bootable rescue media when this issue is being presented?

This can be caused when using the Linux based version of rescue media which has known limitations that can include not seeing NVMe drives.

The recommendation is to create the 'Simple' rescue media which uses Windows PE and creates media using files & device drivers from the Windows Recovery Environment.

If the WinPE media still has an issue with your NVMe SSD, then you will need to identify the correct device drivers that are being used by Windows and inject these in to the rescue media.
