Online Dashboard (cloud.acronis.com) anomaly

Thread needs solution

Greetings.  Recently installed the latest build of ATI 2020 and ran a full disk backup from within Windows.  The backup (.tibx) seems to have been created (and validated) just fine to a second hard drive on the PC, yet when I launch the web-based Online Dashboard (cloud.acronis.com), it displays the Status as "91% (Backing up)" with the options RECOVER and CANCEL underneath.  Why isn't it shown on the dashboard as 100% Completed or "OK"?

I have always found that section of the dashboard mystifying - I just ignore it.

Thanks, definitely mystifying.  Hopefully someone from Acronis will flag this for attention and investigate.
