Received a failure message but Backup shows as completed & validated in ATI2020

Thread needs solution

Received an e-mail indicating back up failed. Enter ATI 2020 and Backup listed as completed and validated. Can access and restore individual files from the back up. Below is the content of the backup failure notification(via e-mail):

Stephen, welcome to these public User Forums.

The log messages show that there may be a problem with the Microsoft VSS snapshot service on the computer where the backup is being run.

I would recommend downloading the Acronis VSS Doctor tool (link below) and run this as Administrator then let it fix any issues it finds and offers to fix for you.
