Recovery from ATI Backup Not Successful.

Thread needs solution

Hi there, A couple of days ago, I had the misfortune to have a couple of BSODs "WHEA Uncorrectable Error" which wnded up with a Dead PC. When I was finally able to Start in Safe Mode, I tried to do a ATI Recovery. This showed Two .tibx Backups. I selected the Later Date Backup (17/01/22). ATI told me therte were Later Backups, which could not be seen. SO, the Recovery was Stopped at this point - Useless. When I finally Recovered, I checked ATI to see what might be wrong. According, the Latest Complete Backup (Single) was in fact 17/01/22, BUT, there had not been a successful BU since that Date. Each successive attempt to BU, showed a Message "No Partition". Maybe this confused the Recovery. None of the Settings had been changed. I had to Create a New Single BU - It is now Backing Up from, 27/11/2020. I do not understand why this is so. I am also dissappointed that ATI has no Email Support, as this is a Deep Technical Issue, where this ATI Software, has let me down, when most needed. Any Explanations will be most welcome, to at least Restore my Faith in ATI, which I had Dilligently Believed IN. Regards.

How exactly are you attempting to perform this disk recovery?

The recommended method is to boot the PC from Acronis bootable rescue media (created on either a USB stick or DVD), then perform a disk recovery from that environment.
