recovery issue 0xc000000e

Dears

I have back of dell PC and backup was "bios legacy and controller was Raid-on"

now I want to recover that back on new PC but new PC support only UEFI and AHCI controller and when I recover that backup windows is crash and got error 0xc000000e so is there any solution to resolve that issue !?

I use acronis true image 2020 64 uefi

Laith, welcome to these public User Forums.

If you are recovering a backup from the Dell PC to a different PC using different hardware as you have described, then you will probably need to create and use the Acronis Universal Restore media to aid in identifying device drivers needed on the new PC.

In addition, you will need to do the Recovery from the Acronis bootable rescue media where this is booted in UEFI BIOS boot mode in order to migrate the backup from Legacy / MBR boot to using UEFI boot.
