Recovery Location Error
See attached pics.....
Acronis Pic: Have two backups: SSD M21 Backup and DATA REVO SSD Backup
1. If I select the SSD M21 and Recovery you will see the Version showing is 10:10AM....this backup occurs at 10:00AM and there is no 10:00AM available in the list. This is showing the backup location for the DATA REVO backup and not the SSD M21 backup!
You can see the same Recovery location in the pic for DATA REVO @10:10AM.
This is very buggy and I was able to get the Recovery location for the SSD M21 to show the 10:00AM version.....BUT it does not show normally....I selected "Recovery Options" at the bottom and then OK....and it did show the 10:00AM time...once...but can't duplicate it now.
If you look at the pic File Explorer the correct files did get backed up correctly....just Acronis is not selecting the correct version for Recovery.
Please correct this bug.

9Thanks Steve.....simply did an Uninstall and Reinstall and the Recovery is operating correctly now!
I do a Full Backup each Sunday and then daily differentials thereafter until the following Sunday. That's when I manually delete all prior backups (full and differentials) and start over with a single new Full.
Perhaps this corrupts the database and causes this error to occur?
I will try the "Auto cleanup" again but had issues before...will see again....would like to cleanup like the prior 2019 ATI did.

Any manual deleting of .tib or .tibx files will cause database problems and is not recommended.
Automatic cleanup is the best process if configured correctly as it should not require any manual intervention.
The new 'Clean up versions' option in the menu for each backup task is the alternative to using any manual process outside of ATI and also updates the database for any changes made.

Yes, I have used that in the past but gave up as it was not working as expected and leaving files, at least in File Explorer.
I intend to give it a try again and try a workaround when my Macro copies these FULL to my usb drive.
