Refund on Acronis 2020

Thread needs solution

Can someone please help me to find out how to request a refund on my purchase of ATIH 2020. I have tried everthing but to no avail. ATI 2020 bogs my system down to a crawl after a couple of days of reinstalling it. Sometimes I can't even get my computer to shut down and have to hold the power button to force it to shut down. I have tried both 20770 and 21400. No matter what I do, I end up having to reinstall ATI 2020. Then for a day or so things seem to be ok, then things start slowing down again and the shut down problems reoccur.

I give up. I just want to get my money back so I can return to a former version of ATIH.

I found the link "Contact Acronis Support" last night but all I could find was the "Refund Policy."  I already what the policy is, but I could not see how to ask any one for that Refund.  Can you give me the direct link to ask for the Refund?
