Revert acronis universal restore
Essentially ive used the universal restore on the wrong drive, now having massive driver issues with my PC. Have reinstalled chipset drivers but no sata drives show up at all, also use AMD StoreMi, when trying to update the serial ata driver for StoreMi get the following error. "amd virtualized ahci controller for storemi. Installation of this device is forbidden by system policy". High definition audio drivers are also experiencing issues however my main concern is the data on my tiered drives as a result of my error. Not sure if there is a simple fix such as changing the registry. Perhaps what universal restore executes can be revereted. Cheers, Mike

Cheers for the help Steve. I've proceeded to reformat the drive and clean install windows. However I'm facing another problem which I occurred since using the universal restore and that is that now my PC won't fully shutdown without being forced to.
When shutting down the operating system will close and display will turn off, though computer stays on. This occurred when I used universal restore but thought that a fresh install would fix the issue. So my current situation is, my computer is upgrading to 1903 but due to it not being able to shut down causes issues for the installer.
Now I am receiving the message on boot "capmbr v1.0.5.13607 tiered boot device...." essentially claiming that there is no boot device available. NOTE: windows is not even on a tiered boot device it is on a standalone m.2.
Cheers!

Mike, if you have reformatted the OS drive and done a clean install of Windows, then there should be no remnants of any changes made by AUR left behind, and the shutdown issue should not be related to the Acronis software at all?
The error message on boot about 'capmbr' and tiered boot device this would seem to be associated with the AMD StoreMi feature you are using, and again not related to the Acronis software.
