Surface Pro X
I have a department that went and got a Surface Pro X and have told me that I have to make it work for them. So I need to get an image made. Before I upgrade to Acronis 2020 I wanted to be sure that it will work with the ARM cpu that is in the Surface Pro X. Thanks for any information.

Minimum system requirementsAcronis True Image 2020 requires the following hardware:

That is the part that makes me unsure. While is says it works with Android but in any case the department is upgrading my license anyway for other features in it. I just need to be able to image the Surface Pro X as HR got it so I have to be able to provide an image for the legal department when requested.

William, any PC still running a Pentium 1GHz processor is probably a museum piece and dates back to the original IBM PC range for running Windows 95, so I would ignore that as being purely the minimal requirements.
If you can run a supported version of Windows 10 on the Surface Pro X, then ATI should also run on it with no issues.

One thing you need to consider is the ability of the Surface X to run 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (AMD) apps. ADid a quich search and found the following information:
You can install 32-bit (x86), 32-bit (ARM32), and 64-bit (ARM64) Windows apps that aren’t available in the Microsoft Store in Windows. 64-bit (x64) apps won't run. Peripherals and devices only work if the drivers they depend on are built into Windows 10, or if the hardware developer has released ARM64 drivers for the device. It's a good idea to check whether the hardware developer has published a version of the driver that runs on a Windows 10 ARM-based PC
As ATI is 32-bit (x86) app it should run on the Surface Pro X.
Hope this helps.
