Synchronization has failed

Thread needs solution

None of my syncs in version 2020 are working and each shows that error message.  I have deleted and re-created the Folder on the PC and it continues to fail.  I checked my account online and see this message for my syncs - "There are no syncs yet in Cloud".

What type of sync tasks have you set up here?

Are these to the Acronis Cloud, or are they to other PC's that you have?

Have you tried restarting Windows on the PC showing the failure message?

There is a new log viewer tool that has now been made available by Acronis via the Community Tools KB page.  See the link in my signature for the MVP Assistant tool.

Please check the Sync Agent log to see if this shows any reason for the failure?
