True Image 2020: Can't change "How Long to Keep" from 6 months
Hi all. Via cloud.acronis.com I'm logged into to manage my laptop, I have successful backups going for about twl weeks now. I believe it started with a Full and is now doing Incremental though the product does not seem to have a place that shows me this information.
I'm getting notices on my computer that my Acronis cloud storage is reaching maximum and say I won't be able to run more backups soon. Yet I see no way to do anything to fix this, the interface at cloud.acronis.com is so very limited. The edit the backup job let's me turn off the schedule but seems to be it.
Do I have to recreate a new backup job? If so then what will happen to the job I just crated, since it takes up too much space and I cannot finish a new full backup without filling the space.
