TrueImageMonitor.exe calling DLLs after uninstallation

Thread solved

I have uninstalled Acronis True Image 2020 from my system because technical support was unwilling or unable to solve my problem.

See support ticket 04365524.

When I boot the computer, I get four dialog boxes. Please see the attached images. In each of them, TrueImageMonitor.exe is calling a dll file. The dll files are:

Qt5Qml.dll, Qt5Core.dll, Qt5Gui.dll, and Qt5Widgets.dll.

Please give me directions on how I can clear these dialog boxes. I do not intend to use Acronis products in the future.

I am attaching a screen shot of the Uninstall Survey web page, which I hope communicates that I followed the standard, correct procedure for uninstalling Acronis.

Rick, when you uninstall the product, True Image Monitor should not even exist on your system.

First, run Task Manager and under the Startup tab be sure to disable the Acronis stuff. Then, I suggest you run the Acronis Cleanup Utility to do a more thorough job of removing the product.

That should clear it off the system.
