Acronis True Image 2021 - mobile backup bug

I have Acronis True Image 2021 (perpetual) on my Windows 10 desktop. I have been backing up my phone for several years now. Recently when I tried to browse the mobile backups on my PC I have been getting the error "The system cannot find the file specified" .

Event code: 0x006400D7+0x0000FFF0+0x80070002

I have reported this to Acronis support. They said this is a known problem.

Has anyone else seen this error?

I am having the same issue... I want to start with a new phone but I am getting this error...

I had the exact same issue. I logged it with Acronis support, but they couldn't help me. 

I managed to solve the issue by downloading the ATI2021 installer (https://download.acronis.com/AcronisTrueImage2021.exe) and doing a 'Repair'.

After that, I was able to browse my mobile backups.
