OneDrive Backup Failure

Thread needs solution

Since the 24th December my OneDrive Backups through the online dashboard have been failing with the following error:

[Archive Server]: storage request timeout.

I have tried removing and adding them again but get the same error. Any ideas what this might be?

Hello Paul,

I've checked our resources for a known solution, but unfortunately this issue requires investigation with the help of Acronis support team. Please open a ticket per instructions from  https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153

Ekaterina, there have been several posts in the forum indicating that there are known issues with the Acronis servers dealing with Cloud to Cloud backups such as Microsoft 365.

Please ensure that if users do open new Support Tickets with Acronis Support that they are not given the standard script answer of collecting lots of data from their local computers for issues that have no involvement other than with Acronis servers!
