Acronis Secure Zon not accessable after newinstallation of the pc system

Thread needs solution

hi,

after reinstalling our system we cant gain access to the secure zone, tried the recovery manager - without luck! how can i access these files, need the files urgent!

maybe another tool? or acronis software?

Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information it is hard to say for sure what exactly went wrong. Could you please specify:

  1. Whether ASZ is accessible from the bootable media?
  2. Whether it gives you any error when trying to access it?
