Images corrupted when imaging machine with Windows on

I have couple of workstation with XP SP3 which I try to backup with Acronis Workstation v.9

I'm running full image backup while Windows running and it finish successfully, without any warnings.

When I try to restore, or convert the file to VM I get message saying the *.tib is corrupt - happens in most of the workstation.

I tried my machine which is Windows 7 SP1 running Acronis True Image Workstation v.11 - same thing.

I've changed the destination, even tried to backup to local device - SAME THING!
