2010 Netbook Edition

Thread needs solution

I have purchased and registered True Image Home 2010 Netbook Edition and am trying to install it on my Asus Eee PC 900 which I have recently installed with Windows 7. I have the latest build #4030 but when I try to install it stops just after the 'file copying' clock and an error message come up telling my that I should check for updates or contact Acronis Support.

I have now discovered from your website
http://kb.acronis.com/content/4245
that my netbook is not supported by this software.

I feel that there should have been a 'check compatibility' button with a link to this web page during the purchase procedure is this would have made matters clear to me.

I previously had Acronis True Image Home 2009 running perfectly on the same computer installed with Windows XP.
I also have True Image Home 2010 running on a second Windows 7 laptop and True Image Home 2009 on another running XP.

I look forward to you advice with regard to True Image Home 2010 Netbook Edition.
