458,776 'MFT bitmap corrupted' trying to clone

Thread needs solution

I have a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro with all the programs we use, and want to get a clone of this drive so I have a great starting point if anything ever goes wrong. When I try to clone it (2013 version, build 6514), I get an error and in the log I see this 458, 776 "MFT bitmap corrupted' thing.

I have done a chkdsk /r on my c: drive with no errors. There is a 100MB reserved NTFS partition that was installed with the clean install (guessing something Microsoft does)that does not have a drive letter. Not sure how to chkdsk this area...

Both drives are identical makes and models. Hooking 2nd drive up via USB (this is all on a Notebook computer), did a low-level format on new drive (with no errors)

Any ideas?

From your Windows disk management, assign a drive letter to the non-lettered partition such as X.
Afterwards,
from a command prompt
CHKDSK X: /R
You may be asked to reboot or you may be asked to dis mount,
respond affirmative to the questions.
After completion of the disk check, then remove the temp drive letter so it is put back as unlettered.

As both disks are identical, another cloning option is Manual and "as is".
