Let me vent - I own an older version of Acronis True Image Echo, that used to work fine, until I carefully carefully carefully tried to download and install the trial version of the Online Backup software today. Even though their website links kept saying it was for the Online Backup, True Image 2013 was installed instead and totally screwed up my existing Acronis Echo Workstation install. What a waste of half a day. Still not back and running and won't do the cloud back up either. What a joke...

Didn't it ask your permission to uninstall echo before it was going to proceed?, There is no Acronis product compatible (can be installed with) Echo and providing online backup capability. You can upgrade to Backup&Recovery 11.5 or use TrueImage 2013 instead.
