Access Permissions from mounted C Drive Image

Greetings,

I've rebuilt my PC with a new CPU, MOBO and RAM and have a new installation of Windows 8.1 which wiped my old C Drive.

Prior to this I used TI 2014 to make an image of the C Drive.

Now that I'm up and running I'm trying to get my OUTLOOK .pst files out of my previous C Drive .tib image (which mounts okay) and I can't get at them.

"You don't currently have permission to access this folder. I try to take ownership with my new logged in admin account but can't seem too. Is that because the mounted image is not readable? Is there a way to just extract the files?
