AccountDisabled

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to activate Online Backup. I try to log into the system and get the following message:

"Request tp server failed with statur:"AccountDisabled", and description:"AccountDisabled"".

Not too sure where I go from here. Your assistance would be appreciated.

OK, I got this thing working. Had to activate a subscription to the Online Backup system before I could test it. I transferred two files to the Acronis Backup server. Total size of the conbined files 1.1MB. Transfer time was very slow. Which would indicate that the transfer of a large amount of data would take ages.

My 2011 TIH updated.

Now try to activate Online Backup. I try to log into the system and get the following message:

Failed with "AccountDisabled"

How do I enable the account again to Backup Online?

I've got the same problem (and no possibility to contact Acronis by mail) and how shall I test the online-backup?
