Acer Aspire 5732Z/5332 and Acronis Secure Zone

Thread needs solution

Hi All and Support,

Installed Acronis True Image Home 2010 on an Acer Aspire Laptop.
Operating System is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit Version.

After installation I tried to create a Acronis Secure Zone partition, which stated it needed to reboot and after rebooting, the partition was not created.

Next we uninstalled Acronis and rebooted and reinstalled Acronis and it did the same thing.

Then I created a Bootable Rescue CD on the Acer Computer and was able to create the Acronis Secure Zone partition from that CD.

After it was created, rebooted the laptop into the operating system and launched Acronis True Image Home 2010 and the Secure Zone was there.

However, when attempting to create an image, which doesn't allow for comments, I receive an Error Message that states that Acronis needs Exclusive Control and another process was using it.

I turned off System Protection and disabled McAfee and no change.

Any ideas?
