Acronis 11 Power Pack installed, yet 1 out of 2 SSD disks greyed out

Hi forum manager and visitors,

While configuring a back-up today it occurs to me that the internal bootable SSD disk is accessible whilst a second, newer and quite comparable internal SSD disk is greyed out with an instruction ‘to purchase Plus’. I installed Plus upon configuring the system’s boot disk a year ago and I haven’t seen this warning since then. I have now rerun the installer of Plus and rebooted the system several times. Acronis performed another update from its server whilst booting, but still the second SSD disk is not supported.
Anybody know how I should regain the functionality I got by purchasing the Plus pack?

(Since 2003 I have upgraded to 11 from some five subsequent versions earlier in the past years. I do not intend to upgrade once more as I do not use the software heavily: a few manual back-ups annually.)
