I have a workstation with XP Pro SP3 and am using Acronis 2009 Home to backup my workstation weekly. The backup works correctly ,but sometime through the backup, it wipes the PST info from Outlook. I had 2003 Office and now am using 2010 Office and both versions are doing this. Any idea of why these files get whiped? This is the only problem, other than this the backup works great.

What build of TI 2009 are you using? The early builds had a problem where the PST file got deleted, but it was fixed in build 9709. The current build is 9809.
