Acronis 2010 disk clone results in - error#1364

I have a Win 7 system that has 2 -1TB drives configured as main and it's clone. In case the main drive fails or I download something in error and cannot recover, all I need to do is boot to the clone. I have used Acronis 2010 for a couple of years doing this without an issue. I just added two - 2TB drives and want to clone from the 1 TB to the 2TB and all i get is either it tells me the target (2TB) is too small or if i try to clone ASIS I get script error #1364.
