Acronis 2010 Trial/Purchase

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone.

I am interested in purchasing ATI 2010, but i want to try the trial first.

My Win7x64 is a clean install and i am still installing programs etc, so I wanted something like Acronis from the start of things.
I have a couple questions regarding ATI 2010.

If i install the trial version to check everything out, will I have Full access to the program for the 30 limit?
It appears as such from what i could find, but wanted double check if there was any limitations.

My second question:
If i purchase the program (which is almost a definate :) ) Will I need to uninstall the trial and re-download install another version?
Or can I simply activate my trial version so that it will not stop working after my 30day test drive?

thanks

As far as I know, the installed version will be fully functional (in Windows) during the trial period.

The recovery CD you can create will be limited to doing restores.

You can activate the trial version by entering your purchased serial number. You don't need to uninstall it and do another install.

Hello all,

CenturyChild, I completely agree with MudCrab, within Windows the trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 has no limitation during 30 days trial period. A standalone version (bootable Acronis CD) allows you only to Restore.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you.
