Boot from the user created TI Recovery CD and perform the clone when bootted from the CD.
This method will remove Windows from interfering.
This method will also determine whether your system will boot from the CD.

Tried to create a Recovery CD but it stops all the time asking me to open the CD Drive. This is on my laptop which shows a message similar to the one that I sent to you as an attachment. This when I am in the boot sequence, I get around that by hitting the ESC button. It then boots normally. This started when I tried to clone with TI 2013 and hung up on the part where it was going into the Acronis Sequence.
My other machine is a desktop and I am at the stage where Acronis 2013 has left my boot sequence with that message which wont go no matter what I try. Unable to use the computer. ADH.

Would appear that the DMI Pool Data has been corrupted by Acronis. Now I cant start the computer. Would like to have some help on correcting the problem. ADH.

1. You may need to boot from the user created Windows Recover CD and perform a Startup Repair.

2. Another option to creating a TI CD is to visit your Acrois personal Webpage and download the ISO FILE from your account.
After downloading, burnthe iso file onto a new CD. If using Win 7, the easiest way toburn is to
Right click on the ISO file and choose the OPEN WITH option and choose the Windows Disk Image Burner to burn the iso to CD.
