Acronis 2014, can't delete an Acronis Cloud backup

Robert, sorry but any issues related to the Acronis Cloud servers can only be addressed by Acronis Support.  We have no access to the Acronis servers from these user forums.

Many thanks, Steve I'll try that again, however, last time it said there was no support.

 

Robert, if you have an Acronis Cloud subscription, then you do have support regardless of using ATI 2014 as your application.  When you go into the web page, select your subscription product not ATI 2014 from the list of products for support.
