Acronis 2014 File Backup is Backing up unchecked files

I am doing a file backup of some directories on my E Drive. I unchecked some files and directories and Acronis backed up the unchecked files in the root directory but correctly did not backup the unchecked directories. I tried it a few times but each time Acronis backed up the files I did not wish to be backed up. Please see file attachement for picture. Yes I saved all changes before starting the backup.

Any help most appreciated.
