Acronis: afraid of criticism, deleting civil posts, COWARDS

Thread needs solution

I have placed a civil and coherent post. |At least one other user of your abominable products (and I've since discovered lots more out here) The post has been deleted. If you can't deal with customers' complaints you should wind the company up and open a sweet shop. I'll buy my sweets elsewhere of course. Now give me a <Deleted>  refund (there's something to delete the post for, you <Deleted>!)

This post was edited due to violation of Acronis Forums Terms of Use. The following point in particular:

"Not post any material or select a username that is abusive, harassing, threatening, sexual explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive or vulgar."

Your original thread is here http://forum.acronis.com/forum/13535. You history available here https://forum.acronis.com/user/24392/created_topics shows 5 posts including this one.
This post probably should be deleted because of the profanity.

What post has been deleted? I still see the original thread on the forums.

Hello,

I had to edit the initial post as it contained inappropriate  words.

Roy David, Your posts were not deleted - we never do that. It was just moved from Business products section to Home and Home Office one. Please make sure you are posting your messages to the appropriate  forum sections.

As for a refund, I'm afraid forum personal is not dealing with refunds and you'll have to contact Acronis Support team as described here.

Andrey.
