Acronis Backup Archive Explorer Has A Driver Problem

Hi everyone, I've tried a clean uninstall then a re-install of Acronis True Home Image 2011 with the plus pack twice. No matter what I've tried I still get an error message stating there is a problem with the Backup Archive Explorer's Driver when I look in at the computer in the device manager. The program seems to working ok so I don't know if it's really necessary to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas how to remedy this problem?

Oh yes, I forgot to state that I'm using Windows 7 Professional with a modern computer.

Did you upgrade from a previous version?

Consider this:

Open Device Manager. Right click on the Backup Archive listing and choose the uninstall option.

Then, Restart your TI install program and choose the repair option.
