Acronis Cloning Ver 2013 hangs up on reboot

Thread needs solution

I have been using Acronis and recently decided to clone a SSD (I already have done this once from a HD and am running it the system just fine). I tried going through the USB, prolly a mistake but I did it with the current SSD before.
Acronis Clone asks for a reboot and when it does it hangs with "starting Acronis" and some ascii characters following. It stalls there and does nothing. Running Win7
If I hit any key it continues to boot normally.
Upon a reboot or after a shut down same thing.
How can I get rid of this nagging problem?
Thanks
Harold

The only way I figured out was to uninstall True Image and start over.. that got rid of the hang issue.
Next rather than going through the same old STUFF again and again I upgraded to 2015.
After the upgrade it worked perfectly again! Go figure - guess $$$ solves most problems!

Do not initiate cloning or image recovery from Windows. These operations should be done from the Acronis recovery CD.
