Acronis Cloud Backup Full Everytime?

I have Acronis True image 2013 and cloud built in to it. I am trying to run my cloud backups one a week. I had formatted my PC, but beforehand exported my settings on my backups.

I re-downloaded the latest version of TrueImage, and now it seems like every time it wants to backup to the cloud it wants to do a full backup? I don't recall it doing that before? It used to only do the files that changed.

That's strange, ignore my comment now please. I just ran it again, and it said 2 hours, then 4 minutes in to the update, it finished....
