Acronis Loader stalls Win7 boot
While booting my Dell workstation with Win7 Prof., a cryptic and mangled message shows up that Acronis Loader is starting - and then the boot process stops altogether; to continue booting, I have to press a keyboard key.
How can I get rid of this annoying behaviour without uninstalling TI2013?

I have something similar. Build 6514 when booting with boot CD, After loading it hangs, the mouse is frozen and I must do a reset. Build 5551 works.
They fool with the MBR to get the loader to fire off before Windows in the boot sequence. Something didn't clean up after itself. Acronis must have run into it before. I wonder why they didn't post a solution.
The fix is to 1: get into the recovery environment - either through boot + f12 or by booting a windows recovery disk. 2: Let it do it's 'fix my computer' stuff. 3: Load a command prompt and enter 'Bootrec /fixmbr'.
