Acronis opens for a few seconds then shuts down

We had installed true echo without problem and was working fine then we setup and installed an iSCSI drive after which (we think) acronis will open for about 5 seconds then closes.

Any ideas anyone?

To prove that the SCSI drive is the cause, did you disconnect it and then try opening Acronis again?
