Acronis operations in progress at shutdown??

Running Windows 10, Acronis True Image 2015, whenever I go to shutdown the computer, I get a message about "shutting down Acronis tasks, wait 2 minutes".

I am NOT doing a backup, I do not want any Acronis stuff happening if I am not running a backup.

What is running and how to I make it NOT run? I checked all the settings in Acronis I could find but did not see anything.
