Acronis Secure Zone, corrupted?

My Acronis Secure zone shows fine in the windows disk manager with 16 gigabytes left; however when I tried to use a restore from the boot sector it vanished and turned into 0 bytes.

I have completly reinstalled acronis, and used the removal tool.

But, it still cannot recognize my Secure zone, the only recognition is this:

But, it says 16 gigbytes left in windows.

I can't seem to get it to go back no matter what I do, is there a way to fix this error?
