Acronis TIH 2012 login faild (connecting with syncho server faild)

Hello, after reinstalling the computer program can not log in to my account.
Acronis has an error log: "Connection and server synchronization failed. Check your Internet connection."
Login to my account on the site www.acronis.com works without a problem.

This problem manifests itself in two newly installed computers as well as the old one, where there was no change.

Please advise me what could be the problem. Thanks a lot
