Acronis True Image 2014 error mounting backup image

I get an error "Cannot initialize Backup Archive Explorer. Please reinstall True Image. (0x6400F8)
Tag = 0x77A5DDBA3199E2BD
The versions of the modules are incompatible. (0x9)
code = E0000009)
Tag = 0x77A5DDBA3199E2BE" when I try to mount a Backup image in Windows 8.1. I uninstalled Acronis True Image 2014 and reinstalled it. I get the same error when trying to mount the image again.
